What's Your Workout: Josephyne Brito

Day six, I could choose to rest or work on minor muscle groups like trapezoids, tibia, and forearms. Day 7 would be a rest day. What inspired you to begin a regular fitness routine? I developed a passion for working out regularly almost two years ago. Day by day, I realized how much better I felt about myself physically, visit homepage mentally and emotionally. Why is it something you have stuck with?
